Description: De.Tales signed the interior design of the presidential offices in Milan for the company Ludoil Energy S.p.A., an integrated energy group operating along the entire value chain, from supply to distribution, from renewables to the circular economy.
We are inside The Medelan, one of the most important historical and architecturally valuable buildings in the city of Milan, dating back to 1901 and originally designed by architects Luigi Broggi and Cesare Nava. In this prestigious context, on the third floor, lies the company’s Headquarters, which, within its approximately 900 sqm, including 130 sqm of outdoor space, has incorporated representation activities and operational needs, therefore favoring a concept with a dual, integrated approach: the first, of a classical matrix, rooted in the Milanese context of late 19th/early 20th-century residential buildings, which reinterprets the recurring typological characteristics of interiors of that time, and the second, defined as contemporary minimalism, playing with volumes, solids, and voids, displaying a streamlined and elegant style.

The result is a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, connected to the image of Ludoil, where cutting-edge lines, materials, and technologies echo intense blue tones and finishes ranging from marble to mirrored metal surfaces, bronzed steel, glass, and ribbed wood.
